PRAH THAT KVAN PIR INSCRIPTION

DATED 638 

The temple of Kvan Pir is in the provice of Kraceh.

The inscription is written in Sanskrit and contains a single verse in Sragdhara metre. It records the installation, in Saka 638, of an image of  Pushkaresha by Pushkarawho may be identical with the king Pushkaraksha mentioned in the inscriptions of Yashovarman and Rajendravarman.

 

The verse only gives the details of the date which is equivalent to 716 A.D.
